- Remove dentures overnight to allow your mouth to rest.
- Soak dentures in warm water with or without denture cleanser.
- Avoid soaking dentures with metal clasps in anything but warm water.
- Keep dentures in water when not in use to prevent drying out and warping.
- DO NOT soak in hot water.
- Clean and massage your gums when dentures are removed.
- If your toothbrush hurts your gums, rinse it under warm water or use a clean damp cloth wrapped around your finger.
